Several Beautiful Options
Our home offers several beautiful choices for your small gathering. Indoors we have a large living room with attached conservatory that combined can easily accommodate up to 20 people. We also have our lovely pub that is a comfortable place for 10 - 15 guests. Our yard can be the perfect setting for your small event as well. Please contact us so that we can help to arrange the perfect affair for you.

Flexible Dining Arrangements
We can provide small hors d'oeuvres, chocolates, cheese, vegetable and / or fruit plates for your event. We also are happy to provide light fare from a selection of local restaurants and caterers. While a sit down dinner option is limited to a group of 8 or less, we are happy to host a pre or post event gathering of your closest family and friends. Our cocktail hours are second to none and are sure to impress.

Our home is the perfect place for your small celebration. Host a work Christmas party here or a small business gathering. What better way to entice your new clients to the area then to offer them accommodations in our beautiful home.

Policies
All of our events are handled on a one on one basis and are custom tailored to your specifications. We will work with you to fit any plan or budget. Just call and we will start today! Some of our basic policies are:

• Because we have a VT Wine and Beer license, all alcohol must be purchased from us. No outside alcohol is permitted.
• Our facility fee is $12 per person for 4 hours, with a $5 per person / per hour charge for additional time. This fee includes staffing, linens, setup and cleanup as well as basic plates, napkins, silverware etc.. for your event.
• Based upon the time of the event and the scale of the event, you may be required to book all of the rooms in the inn. Deposits of 50% for the rooms and the event fees will be collected no less than 30 days prior to the event.
• Parking is limited, larger events will require that non-guests park across the street at the Church. Based upon the event specifics, a donation to the Church may also be required for use of their parking. At no time may any vehicle park on our grass.
• Use of guest amenities (i.e. hot tub, billiard room, complimentary internet and snacks etc) is limited to guests only unless prior arrangements are made.
• This is our home, these are our neighbors, we will require that all of your guests respect our neighborhood and home as you would your own.
